Terms and Conditions – 588 Wan Platform Rules & User Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 588 Wan website, downloading the Android app or registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the platform — registered players, visitors browsing the site and anyone using the Android app in any capacity.

Your continued use of 588 Wan after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 588 Wan you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have a history of problem gambling that would make it inappropriate to hold an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration — name, contact details and any verification information requested.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person.

588 Wan reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

03 Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on 588 Wan. This restriction applies per individual, per household address and per device. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be closed. If two accounts are found to belong to the same person, both accounts may be suspended and any bonus funds forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

• Using a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any other person.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying 588 Wan support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All actions taken within your account — bets placed, deposits made, withdrawal requests submitted — are your responsibility. 588 Wan is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

04 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 588 Wan are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied on the platform side.

When making a deposit:

• Use only payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the account section at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 588 Wan balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary for Bank Transfer.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

588 Wan does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly for their applicable rates.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals are paid in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer depending on what your account has on record.

• Only real-money funds (deposited PKR) that have met any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering conditions are satisfied — see Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for first withdrawals or larger amounts.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than Bank Transfer.

588 Wan reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending a security review, identity verification or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to a review.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 588 Wan offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other promotional incentives. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements and validity periods — which are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds have an expiry period. Any unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live Casino games, Slots and Sports Betting may have different contribution percentages — check the specific promotion terms.
• 588 Wan reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will have their bonus handled on a case-by-case basis.

07 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games on 588 Wan — including Live Casino tables, Sports Betting markets, Fish Games and Slots — are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game.

For Sports Betting specifically:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you view a market and the time your bet is confirmed — particularly for live in-play markets during cricket, PSL and other events.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled according to the standard rules applicable to that event type.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface.
• 588 Wan reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

For Live Casino:

• Bets placed after the dealer has called "no more bets" are void. The decision of the dealer and the platform system is final in all Live Casino games.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a Live Casino round, the game outcome will be determined by the platform system. If a round cannot be completed, your bet will be returned.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 588 Wan and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the platform's favour. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent verification documents.
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes as a means of recovering funds lost through legitimate gameplay.

588 Wan actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If your account is flagged, you may be asked to provide supporting documentation. Failure to cooperate with an investigation may result in account closure.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 588 Wan platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software and the Android application — is the property of 588 Wan or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the 588 Wan app or website.
• The 588 Wan name, logo and associated branding are protected and may not be used for any commercial purpose without authorisation.

10 Platform Availability

588 Wan aims to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions or circumstances outside our control.

During scheduled maintenance windows, the platform or specific sections of it may be temporarily unavailable. Where possible, advance notice will be provided. 588 Wan is not liable for any losses, missed bets or inconvenience arising from planned or unplanned downtime.

11 Limitation of Liability

588 Wan provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588 Wan excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

• 588 Wan is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• 588 Wan is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account closure or bet voiding due to rule violations.
• 588 Wan is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or other technical problems on your end.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data

588 Wan collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide the platform's services — account registration, payment processing, identity verification and customer support. The full details of what data is collected, how it is stored, how it is used and your rights regarding that data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an account and using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can access the Privacy Policy at any time from the footer of any page on the 588 Wan website.

13 Responsible Gaming

588 Wan is committed to providing an entertaining experience while promoting responsible gaming habits. The platform is for adults aged 18 and above. We strongly encourage all players to approach gaming as a leisure activity with a fixed entertainment budget — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

Practical steps every player should take:

• Set a clear PKR budget for each session before you start — and stick to it regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
• Set a time limit for each gaming session and use a timer or phone alarm to enforce it.
• Take regular breaks during longer sessions. Step away from the screen every hour at minimum.
• Never chase losses. A losing streak does not mean a win is due — each game outcome is independent.
• Do not play when you are tired, stressed or under the influence of alcohol or medication.
• If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, use the self-exclusion and deposit limit tools available through the Responsible Gaming page, or speak to a trusted person about it.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

588 Wan reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Suspected money laundering or use of the platform for non-gaming financial purposes.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged for review.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. On voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered payment method.

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, 588 Wan reserves the right to retain any bonus funds and associated winnings, and to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

15 Changes to These Terms

588 Wan may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform or via registered contact details.

Your continued use of 588 Wan after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically so you are aware of the current version.
